All right everyone, In this video we’re gonna be talking about the WooCommerce email template customizer. And this allows us to be able to edit the default emails that come along with WooCommerce. So if someone gets a new order, or it gets completed on the order is processing on if there’s a refund WooCommerce automatically sends it emails on our behalf. So it’s automatically setting this up for us. But the problem is, is that they don’t allow you to really edit those. When you can add your kind of your footnote, you can customize the color, what email you want to use, but at the end of the day, we don’t really get a chance to customize it but with this plugin, we’re going to be able to easily use a drag and drop editor and create and brand, some really great emails. So we are looking at the Envato market or Code Canyon dotnet. And the reason why I’m showing you this is that there was a few email customizers that was on the WordPress platform. They have sense better kind of retired or no one’s really been updating them so they’re no longer available. So I don’t want to show you guys a email customizer that might not be around in a year or two more might not work the way you need. It to. So that’s one reason to is that this is only $25 So if you wish to purchase this and not use the world precedent $25 once and you will get pretty much a lifetime of use out of it.
And also this is on world press so you can easily come here and download this and use it. Alright, so I’m gonna hop over to WooCommerce I have already installed and activated this plugin. Alright so there is no real settings in the sense that even though we are in this, we’re in the WordPress settings, but it doesn’t have its own tab and it doesn’t have its own clickable link right here. It’s just attached to the email section. Now it is asking you to activate your license so you can get automatic updates. Now if you want to purchase that fine. But for instance, like what I would do is that if there’s an update then I would just come back to worldprofit.
Download it and then install and activate that and basically you will be able to have all the same settings. So I’m not going to go through every single order, or like email but you have I’m just going to quickly show you how you can edit an email. So let’s just say it’s a new order, or let’s say processing order, because that’s pretty much the email that you get, or the customer gets when they finish their order. So let’s just click also to as you can enable or disable leave them all enabled. And now you can click the editor right here, and it brings you to this second secondary page where it says email templates. Now what I’m gonna do is I’m just gonna come over here and click on edit.
You could bring in, say a button if you wanted to. Right you I mean there’s a whole there’s a ton of things that you can do but basically it’s very, it’s like kind of a hybrid between WP bakery and Elementor and the fact that you’ve got you got some drag and drop stuff over here. But then when you hover over it’s very similar to the WP or the WP bakery sections, especially the front end editor. But this is basically I’m not gonna go through all of these, because I could spend days for right here. But but basically there’s there’s a like order details. So you got your order details, your order subtotal, your order total what shipping method what payment method, the customer, no, you know all the stuff that you want, or you might need, you can set up through here. Another cool thing is you can also set up a coupon. So if you think about the if you if you’ve ever been Have you ever shopped at Kohl’s, you go there and then they say, maybe you spend like 150 bucks and they’re like, well here’s $20 of of like like a gift card or a coupon that you can use but you can only use them say within a week. There’s also too as I’ll explain this over here is that you do get some you get some pretty cool options to set this up. So you could set up different rules on how this email gets sent. Say if you want to, if you want to say like only send this email if the border minimum was, say $500. Now, what you can do with that, I’d say if they spent over $500 I’m willing to give them maybe a 20% off coupon and trying to build that lifelong, you know relationship with this customer. You can also attach files to this email. You can set up your own testing, so you can preview preview it from a desktop or mobile.
And you can figure out what direction so you just do what the right you know, I toggle and read so just leave it like that. But all you need to do is when you’re done is click update and now this will be your email. So it’s a pretty cool tool to customize and brand and potentially do some marketing by adding different coupon generators and trying to build that lifelong customer. So I think I’m not gonna go through every single one. I just want to show you the platform you can play around with this, but I think it’d be a great tool for you and your business. so with that being said it was obvious to hear off into the next plugin.
