Video Summary

Alright guys, in the last video I was going to tell you that I was going to show you how we can set up stripe and without actually getting into without actually getting into the back and up someone’s Stripe account. I won’t be able to fully show you how you can set this up and the reason why is I don’t want to use my account or anyone else’s account because I want to keep their financial information private, right? We don’t want anything we don’t want to give anyone any information to be hacked. 

But I do have a constellation though I am going to show you how we can install and set up our getting ready to set up the Stripe account but you’re going to have to connect it yourself. But I’m going to show you how you can get the documentation to make it super easy. And I have the documentation for all of the other merchant service companies that I showed you guys. So I have already went through I downloaded this application. I have it down here. But I want to show you how you can get actual support. So if you come here and you click on View documentation, a new section will pop up right here and they I went through and they do a very good job of showing you step by step how you can create an account. So within the last I don’t know maybe a couple of weeks or so. 

The like Stripe has updated their security and they make you actually create an account or set up your own account keys. So everything can be done through here and I just want you guys to go through and go step by step and eventually once you get past this course this is how you’re going to be able to learn on the fly with different plugins and stuff that I haven’t really covered. So this will be good practice but also know that we are here to help you out. So by any means if this isn’t working for you or you’re having trouble connecting your account. Don’t hesitate to reach out. This is one of the most important but yet simple things that people can get hung up on if they don’t know what they’re doing and we’re here to help you to make sure that you can start collecting money in your store. If you clicked on stripe or you clicked on finish setup, right basically what I was telling you right now is you need to create an account here is and that’s where that’s where you’re going to have to go to your Stripe account settings where you can click on this section right here. And then basically you’re at the setup a API, you’ll just go through all this stuff right here. And it sounds complicated, but if you just read through it, it’s not basically you just follow the instructions, you set it up and then you and then it gives you these keys and you’ve learned just copy and paste them. You click Save live keys, or even test connection and you’re good to go. 

I’ve used these documentation tutorials from WooCommerce for the different payment portals, and they’ve been they’ve been perfect and helped me and her have instructed me to get this done. so I’m going to end the payment video right here.
