8. Film & Light Filters

Video Summary

We have covered colors. I want to go over where we’re able to kind of make a brighter, more vibrant dark net, maybe do a grayscale, you know sub different things between the colors and the quick menu.

There might be an easier way to play with different stylings is that we go here to film that they have predefined filters in a sense of different styles of predefined settings to make sure that you can just easily scroll over and figure out what filter makes your pitcher look better. Now you don’t get access to all of these there is if you want to use some of these down here. There’s a pro version, to be honest, as I’ve won through a lot of the pros. There are some cool ones, but I think all the best ones are really on the free side in my opinion, but you also get a bunch of different extras right here. So let’s try duotone and this is kind of more of predefined kind of like old you know, old black and white photos or old you know, older kind of, you know, generational photos. You can you know you can just go over and play with all these you can add different overlays like this, say old photos. This is kind of what’s cool it kind of makes it public. There are wrinkles in the page, you know, make it look a little bit more authentic. You could put little dirt you know, dirty it up. I don’t know what photo that might work for. You can add different textures.

And you can put the kind of different scratches on there. Another cool thing is we can go over here to light and now we can kind of add different lighting features. So this is kind of kind of purposely distorting your photo.

You can also try different things. Let’s try this one. And we can use this little tool to figure out exactly where we want this little distortion.

You can add a kind of different light flares. What’s this one? This one’s kind of cool. So if you want to add like a little bit of sun glare, you could I’m not sure I was nature.

But these are just kind of predefined with the film and the light things that you can add to the kind of enhance your photo.

And these are all things you can play with. Again, you’re not gonna be able to use all the pros but if you are really getting into this and you want to have a little bit more options and you don’t want to overpay for Photoshop, like Adobe Photo Suite and like Photoshop, This is a really good option for you. But again, I’m only going to cover the ones that are free for this course. On to the next section.
