Video Summary

We are going to cover how to find and get really good stock photos within and bottle elements. 

Alright, so what I want you to do is come over here to the top search bar, and we’re going to click this down arrow and we’re going to select photos. So what this does is when whatever we search in here, we are only going to find photos of what we’re searching for. 

Now if we had we looked at all items, and let’s just say we put in dogs this is just a simple, simple search looking for dog photos. But if we added all items, we’d see stock videos, video templates, music, graphics, photos, the workbook, this is just kind of saves you an extra step and just go specifically what we’re looking for. 

So we’re going to click here and we are looking at a bunch eight of stock photos of dogs. And we’re there is over 143,000 pictures of dogs that we can choose from. This can be a little bit overwhelming because they have so many good photos to use. But we can also set it up as different filters. All right. So let’s say we want to try different colors. So let’s try green. Because maybe we’re trying to say, well let’s get a dog photo of somewhat like a dog and a field in our dog in the graph. So if we click green, you know now we’re finding a lot of dog photos with grass. And I really liked this photo, just for the editing purposes. So what I’m going to do is I’m gonna put this into a new tab so we can save it also to is you can always add it to a collection. 

If you click on Add to collection, you can create a collection here, or you can set one up bomb however you want. And basically what you can do is, is that you can always go over here to my collections and be able to find those at any given time. But you’d like to stay within like to stay within the viewfinder just because with certain searches I don’t want to see I don’t want to lose the track of where I’m at because if we scroll all the way to the bottom, let’s just say I’m a catches up there’s different you know, it’s got the page nation so we can just go from one to two to three to four. And I just want to make sure that all the photos that I’m seeing are ones I haven’t seen yet as we keep going through. But for the just this example we’re just gonna go through these different filters. 

And let’s just scroll down. And now you could just say if you wanted to have no people just dogs, you could click here and now you will see pictures of just dogs. Now there is different ways that you can set this up as well. You can use orientation so just like how the how like kind of size you know the picture right? So if you wanted to do say landscape, you know those ones are gonna be a little bit longer. If you wanted to do square like you wanted, you know, that’s kind of important too. That might be a good filter when we want to use a perfect square photo for our image for the website and then that way we don’t have to crop it later which we’re going to show you here in a bit. But let’s just say we go know people, here’s a really good one. Too is what I like to use is called isolated. And this works a lot for when we are we’re just trying to get an image that has no background or a white background. And this is how we can set that up. It’s just by setting up isolated so a lot of these are just you know just photos of just the dogs, which is a really cool, super cool feature.
