Video Summary

Now that we’ve figured out the last three sections of this homepage slash landing page, let’s start breaking down and figure out what we can do with this frequently asked questions section. I think we’ve gotten to the point now where I don’t have to go through and build out a whole section for you. I think you’re starting to get the hang of how different elements are set up, you know, how you serve different columns, how all these different cool all these cool things that we can do. But I want to talk about more or less the overall strategy of what I would do if this was a webpage I was making for a client or for myself. So we got this slider here, and it does have a cool little. If you hover over it, you got this nice little section where you can move it along. You have one that’s always called out. So let’s just we’ve this we’ve clicked on it and it’s basically just a photo gallery. 

Now that section is gone. We have a bunch of whitespace for elusive. So I’m hovering over and I am not seeing any of the spaces right especially. So I so instinctively know that it’s probably a section padding or margin situation. And sure enough, it is and why I want to do is I’m going to click and make all these values. And this what does it mean all 40 pixels, put zero and that is a little light. Or that’s a little thin. I don’t want it that that that thin but what I can do now is I can unlink these values and now I can go to the top and play with how much patient at 140 50s 50s I think 60s About perfect we got a nice little lip right? Not taking up too much space but it’s got enough space to work. 

So these are the things that you you can do and play around with is that while this stuff is very subjective, I mean, granted that if I had 300 That looks like crap, right? But you know, the difference between 30 and 60 is pretty subjective. You know, like your your time I’ll just maybe like a quarter of an inch on the screen. But you know like those things you can just kind of tinker and play live to see which which ones work the best.
