Refund Policy
At Clutch Digital Development, we strive to provide high-quality digital services, including
website development, local SEO, Google Ads management, and other virtual offerings.
 Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
 Services are customized and delivered based on client-specific requirements. Once the
service is initiated, the associated time and resources cannot be refunded.

Shipping or Delivery Policy
As Clutch Digital Development exclusively provides virtual services, there are no physical
products to ship or deliver.
 All services, including website development, SEO, and Google Ads management, are
delivered electronically through agreed-upon communication channels (email, online
dashboards, etc.).
 Completion timelines for services will be specified during the onboarding process and
depend on the receipt of necessary client information and materials.

Return Policy and Process
As our services are virtual and customized, there is no return process applicable.
 If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us at
info@clutchdd.com. We are committed to addressing any concerns and ensuring a
satisfactory outcome within the scope of the project agreement.

Cancellation Policy
We offer flexible cancellation terms for our services:
1. Monthly Services:
o Clients can cancel any subscription-based services (e.g., SEO, Google Ads) at
any time without penalty, provided there is no binding contract in place.

2. Contract-Based Services:
o If the client has signed a service agreement or project contract, cancellation
may be subject to the terms outlined in that specific agreement.
 To cancel a service, clients must provide written notice via email to
info@clutchdd.com at least 14 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being
charged for the upcoming month.
